Due to the perishable nature of our products, we accept returns under the following conditions:

1. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
2. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
3. We do not accept returns for products that have been opened or used for health and safety reasons. 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at [insert contact details] with details and proof of the damage. 

Non-Returnable Items Opened or used Buffalo Ghee or Cow Ghee products cannot be returned. Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
