Returns:
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we accept returns under the following conditions:
1.The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
2. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
3.We do not accept returns for products that have been opened or used for health and safety reasons.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

1.If your return is approved, we will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
2.If the return is due to a defective or damaged product, we will issue a full refund, including any shipping costs.

Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items
Items Opened or used Buffalo Ghee or Cow Ghee products cannot be returned. Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the standard return policy will apply.
